The Jambhala Centre and its staff adhere to a clear Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults policy.  Please ask us for more details.  

If you are unhappy with something with regard to the Jambhala Centre’s practices or the actions of its members, please contact Sifu Jules who is willing to discuss all issues in an open and transparent manor. 

Spiritual Healing

Spiritual, Energy and Holistic Healing is taught and offered at the Jambhala Centre.   Along with Reiki, Medicine Buddha and other techniques are utilised by those who offer healing space and sessions at the Centre.   It is important to note that the information and techniques used and taught under the umbrella of the Jambhala Centre services  do not constitute medical advice.

Healing and medicine are two very different disciplines. You should always remember to seek medical advice from a qualified doctor or practitioner in the case of serious illness.  This applies to physical and mental health illnesses. 

While all suggested treatments are offered in good faith, Sifu Jules, the Jambhala Centre and its members cannot accept responsibility for any illness arising out of the failure by an individual receiving support from the Centre, to seek medical advice from a qualified doctor or medical practitioner.  


Refund Policy

The Jambhala centre offers a 2 week refund policy in cases where items are faulty or found to be broken on receipt.  The buyer is responsible for the return postage and items must be returned in original packaging.   We strive to offer an excellent service to all our customers and would seek to resolve any issue quickly and without prejudice.
